2. What information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact form, email or phone us.
- Customer information: business name, contact and billing details, and the content you give us to build your website or app.
- Website usage data: technical information such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect information about children, and we do not ask for sensitive ("special category") information.

4. Who we share it with
We only share information where we need to, with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as:
- our website hosting and email providers: Hostinger
- our accounting, invoicing and payment providers: Monzo Business
- our analytics provider: Google Analytics
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, and authorities where the law requires it
- Google Fonts (Google LLC), which supplies the fonts used on our website. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details. No cookies are set by this.
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
5. Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's approved international transfer arrangements.
6. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: 12 MONTHS
- Customer and project records: 6 YEARS after the end of our work, to meet tax and legal requirements
- Analytics data: 14 MONTHS
7. Keeping your information safe
We use sensible technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as secure hosting, access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we take care to keep your details safe.

- ask for your information in a portable format
